Who to contact

Our principle: we keep as little as possible
This website has no database. It does not record your IP address, analytics cookies or browser identifiers. The only data you give us is what you voluntarily enter in one of the two forms, and it is never stored on the website’s server.
The newsletter sign-up form
If you tick the consent box and submit the form, we record your email address, the date and time of your consent, the wording you accepted and its version, as well as the page you signed up from and the language. This information is used only to send you news about Educaqua and Bilibli.
Your address is sent directly to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), which hosts our mailing list on servers in the European Union and acts as a data processor under the GDPR. Your data does not leave the European Union. The website itself keeps no copy.
Signing up is optional and is based on your consent. If the box is not ticked, no subscription is recorded. You can browse the entire website without using this form.
When you write to us
The contact form sends your message directly to us. We receive your name if you provide it (it is optional), your email address, the subject and your message, so that we can reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
The message is sent through Brevo, then kept in our info@educaqua.com mailbox, hosted by OVHcloud. It is not stored anywhere else. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request, then for a maximum of three years from the last contact.
Retention period and withdrawing your consent
Your newsletter subscription is kept for 24 months from the date you subscribe or last explicitly renew it. You will receive a renewal request before this period ends. Unless you respond positively, your address will be removed from the mailing list.
Every message we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click is all it takes: unsubscribing is immediate and final, and you do not need to give a reason.
To request access to, rectification, restriction, portability or erasure of your data, email info@educaqua.com. We respond within one month. Withdrawing your consent does not affect messages previously sent on that basis.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and external services
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or analytics tools. It does not use your browser’s storage to keep your subscription. No consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.
Two service providers are involved: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) for sending emails and hosting the mailing list, and Vercel for hosting the website’s pages. Our mailboxes are hosted by OVHcloud (France). No other service receives your data.
